Delete your Gramms account

This page is for Gramms: AI Bedtime Stories (iOS and Android), made by Robin Singhvi. You can permanently delete your account and all data tied to it at any time — from inside the app, or from this page without reinstalling the app.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open Gramms and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email (no app needed)

Email robin@gramms.ai with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address you used to sign up (so we can verify it’s you). We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• All child profiles (names, ages, preferences)
• All stories, story audio, and cover art
• All family voice recordings AND the voice clones created from them — including deletion of the clones at our voice-synthesis provider (Cartesia)
• Your push notification token and email address

What may be retained

De-identified analytics events (no name, email, or voice data) and records we are legally required to keep (for example, purchase records held by Apple or Google — manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account). Active subscriptions are NOT cancelled by deleting your account: cancel them in App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop billing.
